On 5 April 2024, the Royal Thai Embassy in Madrid assigned Mr. Pakorn Kumpornlua, First Secretary, as a representative to welcome and bring delegates from the Project on Enhancing Fund Management towards Sustainable Development, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Auschala Chalayonnavin, Dean of Faculty of Social Administration, Thammasat University, to a study visit on the operations of agricultural insurance of Agroseguro. Ms. Elsa Sanchez Elizo, Head of International Cooperation welcomed and gave a briefing for the delegation.

On 29 March - 3 April 2024, the Royal Thai Embassy in Madrid in collaboration with the Faculty of Veterinary Science, Prince of Songkla University, brought experts from Oceanografic of Spain to travel to Thailand to enhance cooperation with the Faculty of Veterinary Science.

On 1 April 2024, H.E. Mr. Vosita Vorasaph, Ambassador of Thailand to Spain, welcomed Assistant Professor, Dr. Krissada Paiwattananupant, from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University. With funding support from the Royal Thai Embassy in Madrid and Mahidol University, under the Project on Strengthening Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) cooperation between Thailand-Spain initiated by the Royal Thai Embassy, he has traveled to participate in a training course on minimal invasive surgery and gynecologic oncology as well as robotic surgery at IMED Hospital in Valencia for a period of 3 months between 1 April - 30 June 2024.

During 14-15 March 2024, the Royal Thai Embassy in Madrid organized a mobile consular service for Thais in Barcelona and nearby areas at the Royal Thai Honorary Consulate-General in Barcelona
