On 11 August 2011 H.E. Mr. Kulkumut Singhara Na Ayudhya, Ambassador of Thailand to Spain together with the Director of Thai Trade Office, the General Manager of the Thai International Airways (PCL) and the representative of the Tourism Authority of Thailand in Madrid were invited by Mr. Javier Aparicio Sanchiz, the General Manager of Wagoboo Restaurant in Madrid to a luncheon at a Wagaboo restaurant to taste the Thai Food made by the Chef of the restaurant.
Wagaboo is a high-end Asian fusion restaurant which runs 6 branches in Madrid and many other restaurants in Wagaboo group in different regions all over Spain. The group now has more than 8,000 customers around the country. Recognizing the popularity and fineness of Thai food, Wagaboo is planning to offer a Thai set menu which comprises Chicken Satay, Som Tam, Pad Thai, Beef Massaman and Sticky Rice with Ripe Mango to its customer every Friday evening throughout August. In this occasion, the restaurant received comments and suggestions from the Ambassador and the members of Team Thailand in Madrid in order to serve perfect Thai dishes to its customer during the Thai food promotion at the restaurant.
