Members of Thailand’s National Defense College, class 61, were on a study visit to Spain during 12-16 March 2019. During the visit, the delegation was welcomed by various Spanish authorities. They were Port Authority of Barcelona, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, the National Center for Protection of Critical Infrastructure and Institute of Energy Diversification and Saving which allowed the group to learn the Spanish best practices in various fields.  In addition, the group also had the briefing on Thailand-Spain bilateral relations from Team Thailand in Madrid.
