On 13 June 2023, H.E. Mr. Vosita Vorasaph, Ambassador of Thailand to Spain, designated Captain Chonlaphoo Choosri, Defence and Naval Attaché, to welcome the high-level executives of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority of Thailand, led by Mr. Nisit Chansomwong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority. The delegation traveled to Spain for an official study visit on the water supply management system and the Smart Meter system of Spain between 10-17 June 2023.
