On 2 November  2017, Ambassador of Thailand to Spain paid a visit to Escola d’Art I Superior de Disseny de Valencial,  a leading school of design in Valencia and Spain, to meet the Institute’s professors and Management team.  Both sides discussed about means and ways to promote cooperation between the Royal Thai Embassy and the Institute, particularly on the possibility of organizing the exhibition on Thai Silk and the design of Thai silk into clothing and other products. 

In this occasion, the professors and management team of Escola d’Art I Superior de Disseny de Valencia expressed their interest in learning in greater detail about Thai silk and the opportunity that students can learn more about Thai silk and the design that fits day-to-day usage.
