On 25 June 2019, His Excellency Ambassador of Thailand participated in the closing ceremony of the 10^th Course of General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Superior Institute of the Armed Force, in which His Majesty the King of Spain presided over the Ceremony.

His Majesty the King of Spain congratulating staffs of the Armed force that graduated from the course and hoped that the course will not only furnish the knowledge in the field of defense but also in promoting amicable ties among armed force staffs from different countries.

The said course is a one-year training, in which armed force staffs from Spain and 22 other countries attended.  As for ASEAN, there are armed force staffs from Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia participated in the course.  For Thailand, Wing Commander Nittaphol Srisuk, from the Royal Thai Airforce, participated in the course.
