On 3 April 2019, Mr. Antonio Viñal, Secretary-General of Spain-ASEAN Business Association hosted a networking breakfast seminar in order to further promote business relations between Team Thailand in Madrid and Spanish private sector.

At the seminar, Charge d’affaires, a.i., Royal Thai Embassy in Madrid, Director of Thailand’s Commercial Office in Madrid and Director of BOI, Paris Office joined hands to briefed the Spanish private sector of Thailand’s economic outlook in order to reinforce the  confidence in Thai economy. During the seminar, Team Thailand in Madrid also stressed on business opportunities for Spain in Thailand, particularly in the EEC, as well as the incentives offered to foreign investors.

There were around 20 companies who are interested in Thailand attended the seminar. They belong to diverse industries, such as satellite control system, industrial waste management, chemical industry and traffic control system, among others.
