On 22 February 2023, Mr. Pongprach Makchang, Chargé d'affaires a.i. of the Royal Thai Embassy in Madrid, welcomed H.E. Omar Al Kathir, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to Spain, on the occasion that Ambassador Al Kathir assumed the position. Both sides also discussed Thailand-Oman relations and collaboration between the embassies of both countries.
