During 5 – 6 June 2021, Her Excellency Mrs. Phantipha OkIamsudha Ekarohit, Ambassador of Thailand to Spain, led the members of the Embassy to organize the mobile consular project in Barcelona, comprise of passport services, serving 57 Thai citizens, and online seminar about consular service as well as useful Spanish and Thai laws for Thai citizens in Spain.

In the same occasion, Her Excellency the Ambassador held a meeting with the representatives from Thai Samakki Association of Barcelona, who briefed Her Excellency about the Thai community in Barcelona. Both sides discussed means and ways the Embassy and the Association can work together to strengthen the Thai community, so as to live in Barcelona with confidence and sense of security; and to be able to contribute to the economic and social development of the local communities
