On 23 April 2025, H.E. Pol. Gen. Permpoon Chidchob, Minister of Education of Thailand, on behalf of the Ministry of Education, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on educational cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training, and Sports of the Kingdom of Spain. The MoU was co-signed by H.E. Mr. Abelardo de la Rosa Díaz, Spain’s Secretary of State for Education. The signing ceremony was witnessed by H.E. Mr. Vosita Vorasaph, Ambassador of Thailand to Spain, and H.E. Mr. Felipe de la Morena Casado, Ambassador of Spain to Thailand, along with senior representatives from both sides.
