On 21 April 2026, Ms. Supamas Yunyasit, Chargé d'affaires, a.i., welcomed Adm. Suchart Thampitakvej, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Navy, and his delegation during their visit to the Office of the Defence and Naval Attaché, Royal Thai Embassy in Madrid. During the meeting, development of Thai-Spanish relations as well as the current political, economic, and social situation in Spain were discussed.
