On 27 February 2024, Mr. Pongprach Makchang, Minister of the Royal Thai Embassy in Madrid, was assigned by the Thai Ambassador to Spain as representative to welcome H.E. Mr. Prasert Jantararuangtong, Minister of Digital Economy and Society, and executives of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, during their visit to Spain to attend the GSMA Ministerial Program 2024 under Mobile World Congress 2024 in Barcelona.
