On 17 January 2023, Mr. Pongprach Makchang, Chargé d'affaires a.i. of the Royal Thai Embassy in Madrid, welcomed and hosted a dinner for the delegation of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), led by Mr. Teerasil Tapen, Executive Director of TAT (Europe, Africa and Middle East Region), on the occasion that the TAT brought a group of 14 Thai tourism businesses to participate in the Feria Internacional de Turismo (FITUR) at the IFEMA, Madrid, during 18-22 January 2023.

Then, on 18 January 2023, the Charge d'affaires a.i. and officials of the Embassy visited Thailand booth, located in Hall No. 6, IFEMA, and participated in the Networking Lunch organized by the TAT on 19 January 2023, at Pullman Madrid Airport & Feria Hotel, to promote tourist attractions and Thai tourism products for tour operators of Spain.

The Embassy would like to invite interested persons to visit Thailand booth in FITUR, at IFEMA, which will be open to the general public on 21-22 January 2023. More details can be found at website: https://www.ifema.es/fitur.
