On 3 November 2021, H.E. Mrs. Phantipha Iamsudha Ekarohit, Ambassador of Thailand to Spain, in capacity of Thailand´s Ambassador to the Principality of Andorra (with residence in Madrid), visited Univesitat d´Andorra and met with Mr. Miguel Nicolau Vila, Rector of the University.

     At the meeting, both sides discussed on the promotion of cooperation between the Royal Thai Embassy in Madrid (with concurrence in Andorra) and the University as well as the possibility of fostering academic cooperation between universities in Thailand and Andorra in the future.  In this occasion, the Thai Ambassador also handed over books on Thailand to the University’s library. These donated materials will be accessible resources for professors, students and general public in Andorra who are interested to learn more about Thailand in different dimensions.
