On 1 July 2023, H.E. Mr. Vosita Vorasaph, Ambassador of Thailand to Spain, attended the opening ceremony of Thai tourism promotional event "Amazing Thailand Fest 2023 in Barcelona" organized by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) during 30 June – 2 July 2023, at Plaça de la Rosa dels Vents, Barcelona, where he was welcomed by Mr. Yuthasak Supasorn, Governor of the Tourism Authority of Thailand and senior executives of the TAT. This year's Amazing Thailand Fest in Barcelona was the first in three years that such an event was held in the city since the outbreak of COVID-19. Key activities included classical dance performances by a troupe of performers from Thailand, Thai tourism package promotional booths, as well as booths selling Thai food, Thai massage, and products from Thailand by the Thai community in Barcelona. The event received satisfactory feedback, attended by the Spanish public and foreign visitors over the course of three days.
