On 27 August 2018, H.E. Ms. Rattikul Chansuriya, Ambassador of Thailand to Spain, together with members of Team Thailand in Madrid visited the warehouse of 5J, a famous Iberian ham producer in Aracena and Jabugo in the southwestern part of Spain to discuss about the prospect of expanding its market in Thailand.

5J is a legendary Iberian ham producer that started its business in 1879. Its Iberian ham, a well-known products of Spain, is made of pure-bred Iberian pigs fed with acrons. Since the end of last year, 5J has introduced its products to the Thai market. The company considers Thailand as the most promising Iberian ham market in Southeast Asia.
