On 27 and 29 December 2017, the Royal Thai Embassy in Madrid conducted cooking demonstration at the Christmas Bazaar, organized by Madrid Town Hall at the Matadero Art Center.  The Thai cooking demonstration, in which the Embassy demonstrated cooking of Pad Thai, received great attention from visitors to the Christmas Bazaar; with more than 60 people attended the show.  The Embassy has provided participants with recipe and advise them on how to find ingredients as well as allowed participants to taste Pad Thai after the end of the show.
