On Saturday 18 April 2015, Mr. Bancha Yuenyongchongcharoen, Counsellor of the Embassy,  on behalf of the Ambassador of Thailand to Spain, together with Mr. Samuel Folgueral Arias Alcalde, Mayor of Ponferada, presided over the Muay Thai Championship Competition, organized by Bierzo Muaythai School at  Pabellon Universitario in Ponferrada, Leon Province, Spain.This event was among Muaythai championships Competition organized annually by the Bierzo Muaythai School in various cities of Spain to promote Muaythai in Spain. Muaythai gyms from Ponferrada, Bilbao and Madrid participated in this event.
