Ambassador of Thailand to Spain attended 2014 Alimentaria Fair and had meetings with high-level officials and the private -sector in Barcelona

During 30 March - 4 April 255, Mrs. Busaya Mathelin , Ambassador of Thailand to Spain, attended the 2014 Alimentaria which is the biggest food fair in Spain and the 3^rd biggest in Europe, in which 19 Thai companies participated this year.  As part of the Embassy’s project to enhance trade and investment cooperation between Thailand and Spain, Ambassador Busaya also had meetings with high-level government officials and private sector representatives such as the Mayor of Barcelona, the President of the Chamber of Commerce of Barcelona, the Director of Casa Asia and the Managing Director of the Port of Barcelona to discuss ways and means to further strengthen cooperation in the areas of trade and investment, science and innovation, as well as cultural and people-to-people relations.
