The Royal Thai Embassy in Madrid welcomed H.E. Mr. Varawut Silpa-archa, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, who visited Spain during 9-13 December 2019 to participate in the High-Level Segment of the 2019 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP25) held in Madrid. At the COP25, the Minister gave a speech reiterating the Thai government’s commitment in coping with the climate change.
