On 9 April 2019, Ms. Natenapa Kongsri, Chargé d’affaires, a.i., Royal Thai Embassy in Madrid, Ms. Triyaporn Boonsiriya, Director of Thailand’s Commercial Office in Madrid and Mr. Francisco Lopez Canis, President of Gourmet Group gave welcoming remarks at the cocktail hosted by Thailand’s Commercial Office in Madrid during the 33^rd Salon Gourmet.

At the 33^rd edition of Salon Gourmet, one of the most important international fine food and beverages fair in Europe, Thailand has the privilege to be the Country of Honour of the Fair.   14 Thai companies participate in the Fair to promote their products in Spanish and European markets.  During the 4-day Fair, the public can also enjoy Thai dishes prepared by Spanish chefs at the Thai pavilion and the arts of Thai fruit and vegetable carving.

Annually, there are almost 100,000 people attending Salon Gourmet. This year, the Fair is open to public during 8-11 April 2019.
