LEGALIZACIÓN

Para legalizar documentos en la Embajada Real de Tailandia  deberá presentar lo siguiente:

1. Impreso de solicitud de legalización (disponible en la Sección Consular y para descargar aquí)  
2. Carta de autorización de la empresa o solicitante interesado a la persona que presenta la documentación personalmente en el Sección Consular.
3. Una fotocopia del DNI o NIE de la persona que presenta la documentación en la Sección Consular.
4. El documento original que se va a legalizar en la Embajada. Debe haber sido legalizado anteriormente por el Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores de España.
5. Una vez se haya legalizado el documento original en el Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores, se debe obtener una traducción jurada al inglés de dicho documento original. La traducción se debe legalizar posteriormente en el Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores de España.
6. Una fotocopia exacta del documento original a legalizar y una fotocopia exacta de la traducción jurada al inglés. Las fotocopias deben ser de los dos documentos después de haber sido legalizados por el MAEC.
7. 15 euros en efectivo por cada sello del Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores de España.
8. El tiempo estimado para legalizar los documentos es de 2 días hábiles.

LEGALIZATION

To legalize documents at the Royal Thai Embassy you must submit the following:

1. Legalization application form (available at the Consular Section and download here).
2. Letter of authorization from the company or applicant concerned to the person submitting the documents in person at the Consular Section.
3. A photocopy of the DNI or NIE of the person submitting the documentation at the Consular Section.
4. The original document to be legalized at the Embassy. It must have been previously legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Spain.
5. Once the original document has been legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a certified translation of the original document into English must be obtained. The translation must then be legalized by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
6. An exact photocopy of the original document to be legalized and an exact photocopy of the original sworn English translation. The photocopies must be of the documents after they have been legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Spain.
7. 15 euros in cash for each stamp of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Spain.
8. The estimated time to legalize the documents is 2 working days.
