On 12 June 2024, the Royal Thai Embassy in Madrid, represented by Mr. Worawut Chawengkiat, Counsellor, along with Capt. Chonlapoo Choosri, Defence and Naval Attaché, welcomed Professor Dr. Borwornsak Uwanno, Counsellor of King Prajadhipok's Institute, and the group of students in the Intermediate Certificate Course in Regulatory Governance and Development for Broadcasting and Telecommunications for Executives, Class 1, who are during a study tour in Madrid.
