On 28 June 2025, H.E. Mr. Vosita Vorasaph, Ambassador of Thailand to Spain, welcomed and hosted a dinner at the Ambassador's Residence in honour for the delegation of the College of Music, Mahidol University, led by Assoc. Prof. Kitti Sawetkittikul and Dr. Boonrit Kittaveepitak, professors from the Faculty of Brass and Percussion Department.

The College of Music traveled to Spain to participate in the International Tuba Euphonium Conference 2025 (ITEC2025) in Valencia and has proudly brought prestige and honor to Thailand. The Low Joyce Tuba Euphonium Quartet received the second runners-up award and the Whales Euphonium Quartet advanced to the semi-finals of the Chamber Music competition.

Dr. Boonrit Kittaveepitak was also invited to perform at ITEC 2025 with the performance set "Music from Thailand", presenting solo euphonium compositions by an all-Thai composers in a concert.

This event was held in Valencia, Spain, from June 23-29 2025, in collaboration between the Spanish Association of Tubas and Euphoniums (AETYB) and the International Tuba Euphonium Association (ITEA).
