On 11 May 2023, the Royal Thai Embassy in Madrid organized a reception at the Ambassador’s residence for "Friends of Thailand", including Spanish importers of Thai products, representatives of Thai companies in Spain, travel agency executives, and the local media as well as those who support the work of the embassy. The event was hosted by H.E. Mr. Vosita Vorasaph, Ambassador of Thailand to Spain, and joined by the Director of the Office of Commercial Affairs in Madrid and Tourism Authority of Thailand, Rome Office, (responsible for Spain) along with officials and staff of the embassy. On the same occasion, the embassy received cooperation from the College of Dramatic Arts, Bangkok, in supporting personnel to perform Thai traditional dances and music for the participants.
