The Royal Thai Embassy in Madrid would like to announce that the Embassy will open for the current form of visa application (submitting application and supporting documents in-person at the Embassy) until Friday 28 October 2022 (09.30-13.30 hrs.). For applications submitted through currier service, the Embassy will only accept parcels that arrive at the Embassy by 13.30 hrs. on Friday 28 October 2022.

Effective from 1 November 2022, 09.00 hrs. (UTC+7) (local time in Madrid : 03.00 hrs. in the morning of 1 November 2022), non-Thai nationals, including citizens of Spain and Andorra, and other nationalities with residence in Spain and Andorra, who wish to apply for a Thai visa must apply and submit the application through the new online e-Visa platform at https://www.thaievisa.go.th. Please note that it is no longer required for the applicant to submit his/her passport and original supporting documents in person at the Embassy.

After the e-Visa application has been approved, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to applicants. It is kindly requested to print a copy of the confirmation e-mail to present to airlines and Thai immigration officials to carry out checks when travelling to Thailand.

La Embajada Real de Tailandia desea anunciar que abrirá al público que quiera solicitar visado de la forma actual (presentando la solicitud y la documentación necesaria en persona en la Embajada) hasta el viernes 28 de octubre de 2022 (de 09:30 h a 13:30 h). Para aquellas personas que hayan solicitado visado mediante servicio de mensajería, la Embajada solo aceptará paquetes que lleguen a la Embajada antes de las 13:30 h del viernes 28 de octubre de 2022.

A partir de las 09:00 h (UTC+7) del 1 de noviembre de 2022 (la hora local en Madrid: las 03.00 h de la madrugada del 1 de noviembre de 2022), nacionales no tailandeses, es decir, las personas con nacionalidad española y andorrana, y de otras nacionalidades, pero con residencia en España y Andorra, que deseen solicitar un visado para Tailandia deberán presentar la solicitud a través de la nueva plataforma de visado electrónico (e-Visa) online en https://www.thaievisa.go.th. Tenga en cuenta que ya no es necesario que el solicitante presente su pasaporte y los documentos justificativos originales en persona
en la Embajada.

Una vez aprobada la solicitud de visado electrónico, se enviará un correo electrónico de confirmación a los solicitantes. Se ruega imprimir una copia del correo electrónico de confirmación para presentarla a las compañías aéreas y a los funcionarios de inmigración de Tailandia para realizar los controles cuando viajen a Tailandia.

สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงมาดริด ขอประกาศว่า สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ จะรับคำร้องขอรับการตรวจลงตรา (วีซ่า) ในระบบปัจจุบัน (ยื่นเอกสารหลักฐานตัวจริงด้วยตนเองที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ) จนถึงวันศุกร์ที่ ๒๘ ตุลาคม ๒๕๖๕ (เวลา ๐๙.๓๐ – ๑๓.๓๐ น.) สำหรับการยื่นคำร้องโดยใช้บริการส่งพัสดุลงทะเบียน สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ จะรับเฉพาะเอกสารที่ส่งถึงสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ภายในเวลา ๑๓.๓๐ น. ของวันศุกร์ที่ ๒๘ ตุลาคม ๒๕๖๕ เท่านั้น

ตั้งแต่วันที่ ๑ พฤศจิกายน ๒๕๖๕ เวลา ๐๙.๐๐ น. ในประเทศไทย (เวลาท้องถิ่นที่กรุงมาดริด  ๐๓.๐๐ น. ของเช้าวันที่ ๑ พฤศจิกายน ๒๕๖๕) ชาวต่างชาติ ซึ่งรวมถึงคนสัญชาติสเปนและสัญชาติอันดอร์ราและคนสัญชาติอื่นที่มีถิ่นที่อยู่ (residence) ในสเปนและอันดอร์รา ที่ต้องการยื่นขอวีซ่าเพื่อเดินทางไปประเทศไทยจะต้องสมัครผ่านทางระบบออนไลน์ (e-Visa) ที่เว็บไซต์ https://www.thaievisa.go.th โดยผู้สมัครไม่ต้องยื่นหรือส่งหนังสือเดินทางและเอกสารหลักฐานตัวจริงมาที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ

หลังจากได้รับการอนุมัติ e-Visa แล้วจะมีไปรษณีย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ยืนยันส่งไปยังผู้สมัคร โปรดพิมพ์เอกสารยืนยันที่ได้รับทางไปรษณีย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ดังกล่าวเพื่อนำไปแสดงต่อสายการบินและเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจคนเข้าเมืองของไทยสำหรับตรวจสอบเมื่อเดินทางไปประเทศไทย
