On 19 May 2026, Ms. Supamas Yunyasit, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Royal Thai Embassy in Madrid, welcomed General Kittipong Chuenjaichon, Deputy Chief of Joint Staff of the Royal Thai Armed Forces, and a delegation during their official visit to Spain to inspect the operations of the Office of the Naval Attaché at the Royal Thai Embassy.

On this occasion, Captain Yuthanavi Mungthanya, Naval Attaché and Acting Defense Attaché, along with officials from the Embassy, joined in welcoming the delegation. The two sides discussed and exchanged views on Spain’s current political, economic, and social situations, as well as bilateral cooperation between Thailand and Spain across various dimensions
