Ambassador of Thailand to Spain participated in the ASEAN Committee in Madrid (ACM) meeting at the Viet Nam Embassy in Madrid

On 26 February 2025, H.E. Mr. Vosita Vorasaph, Ambassador of Thailand to Spain, along with Mr. Pakorn Kumpornlua, Counsellor, participated in the ASEAN Committee in Madrid (ACM) meeting at the Viet Nam Embassy in Madrid, hosted by H.E. Mr. Doan Thanh Song, Ambassador of Viet Nam, as the Chair of ACM (members include Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Viet Nam and Thailand).

On this occasion, the meeting exchanged views on important developments in ASEAN, political/economic developments in Spain, as well as planned activities to enhance ASEAN-Spain cooperation which ACM will organize in the future. The meeting also presided over the handover of the Chairmanship of ACM from Viet Nam to Indonesia, who will be the Chair of ACM from the period of January - June 2025.
