On 2 June 2026, H.E. Mr. Vijavat Isarabhakdi, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, had a bilateral meeting with H.E. Mr. Diego Martínez Belío, Secretary of State for Foreign and Global Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Spain, during his attendance at the 5th Ministerial Conference on Feminist Foreign Policy in Madrid.

 

Both sides exchanged views on various issues, including the upcoming visit to Spain by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand and related activities, the status of bilateral trade and investment, the Thailand-EU Free Trade Agreement negotiations, Thailand's accession to the OECD, and cooperation in international fora.
